I did yes.its pure h2h, no weather control. Just 3 guys. No thunderclaps, no punching the ground causing earthquakes, nothing of the sort.
In fact... I would only see the pair being defeated in scenario 3 by someone like Daredevil or Bullseye who could possibly ricochet their knife and nick the duo enough times before they do.

Nope, your assessment is incorrect in that I dislike Thor - I'm not a guy who dislikes a character (they're fictional). To get a rise out of certain posters may be a more accurate assessment, relatively, but still incorrect. In my BZ ruling, I gave the win to Thor, for example. If anything, I WANT Thor supporters to make a good, balanced case for him - not this 'Thor stomps' two word posts.
Thor has one of the best energy manipulators in comics. No question. His strength and durability have been argued over and over again (in fact, search my post history - [b]I am one of the few to argue he is as strong as Superman
, if we want to bring THAT guy in. I've also argued FOR his durability. Here, in this thread, I completely agree his strength and durability is way WAY above Bruce and Frank's.In my thread, I am trying to get people to debate his OTHER attributes. His speed, his fighting skills, his experience. I didn't want another thread where if attributes like strength were equalised, some smart aleck comes in and says well Thor has less experience fighting at human levels, so loses - or some technicality like that.
Tl;Dr: the team have weapons, techniques and stips that bypass his durability. [/B]
^ I don't think that theory is realistic in a RL or comic fight. Otherwise, MMA fights would almost always end when the first strike occurs. And comic fights between peers let alone David v. Goliaths almost never follow the pattern you suggest.
I'm just thinking about when Thor grabbed Wolverine by the ankle in their fight.
If Thor understood that being nicked 10 times would result in him losing... and the vs thread rules impose some sort of artificial ultimatum upon him for "full capacity" purposes, e.g., some plot device where he believes being nicked ten times will result in him dying or... more importantly an innocent dying, Thor'd fight differently than normal. Cuz otherwise he wouldn't mind getting stabbed/slashed dozens of times. Just look at his fights with Gorr or Uriel/Eimin.

Well, I did admittedly take the term from Ippo.

Which means this probably wouldn't even apply to real life boxing. 😂

Moreover, remember people: there are THREE rounds.Rd1: h2h fighting.
Rd2: Batman/Punisher get adamantium knives
Rd3: Everyone gets an adamantium knife, the team have to slash Thor 10 times, Thor has to slash EACH of the team 10 times to win.
Round 1, I lean Thor, they have to be too perfect not to get hit or grabbed by him while they deliver the pressure points. But it helps that there's two of them, so they can attack from different directions -- if they deliver a working pressure point to debilitate one of his limbs, it's essentially a wrap, since the next ones would come easier. But if they don't plan it well, and they get too close and the pressure point attack fails [for one or the other], it's a wrap for them, too, since he'd just crush one with his strength and then the other would be hard pressed to win on his lonesome.
Round 2, it depends on what they target. Asgardians [and Thor] have some good feats of having their organs damaged and keep on fighting. How much knowledge does Batman get? I assume not Dr. Doom level of asgardian physiology. Him and Punisher could blind him, but they have to be careful when getting in close so as not to grab them [same as before], although now they don't need to be that precise, and they have better range/reach, so it helps. If they go for the eye, they win -- possibly other areas, too [joints etc]
Round 3 is obviously for the team, given Thor's hand to hand combat speed doesn't compare favorably with elite street levelers -- and even if we're generous and say he's in the same ballpark, there's two of them, who have to slash one time, compared to his two for each.
