If I may be frank, my first impression of the “discussion” in that thread after a very quick perusal strikes me as somewhat disingenuous…
I do agree, however, that Thor’s fight with Wolverine is extremely relevant. And moreso to this hypothetical thread. And while
Thor ultimately used lightning to stop Wolverine, he did grab him by the ankle after a few swipes.
As I initially brought up, if Thor is artificially aware of the thread stips, I think it’s arguable that he might work to evade slashes/stabs more effectively.
I just can’t recall any other fights he’s had that mirror these thread stips. I can’t even recall Thor using a knife ever.

If you read through the thread, you'll see arguments made and examples given. For example pressure point attacks. DarkSaint gave an example of them working on Thor. Celebrities gave.....an example of them working on Thor but he argued it did nothing. Would have been better to argue Thor recovered quickly than it didn't work.
And both characters have showings against opponent near or on Thor level, hurting them when it shouldn't happen, because comics. People say PIS, but more often than not that just means, "I don't like it so it doesn't count." Would be better to just argue it's a rare high end instead of saying "PIS!!!111ONEoneONE11!!" 99% of the time.
I would lean to Thor in round 1, but the duo have the showings to prove they can pull it off.
