Stop trolling.

The point is that in a forum match, Hal is always assumed to have his GL ring, Iron Man is always assumed to have his armor, and yes, World Forger is always assumed to have his hammer.

The 'standard equipment' rule isn't exactly new...

also it’s not like it’s the hammer, not everyone can strike it and create a universe. In the story only the WF did this even with the monitors around.

The power is his own. Striking the anvil doesn’t just create universes it does what ever he wants. Like replace a multiverse with another.

This kind of control points to external power source from the anvil. And that power source is the WF because he was created to forge universes.
