I’d need to see proof that Cap only moves at human level speed.
Actually you need prove that he moves faster since no scene shows him moving faster than a human can.

Prove the bears are fast and skilled enough to land attacks.
Cap being human level speed and the bears being in multiples prove it.

I've got the proof right here:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Evans_(actor)
It's in the url, turns out Cap is just an actor. 😱
If Avengers is fake, maybe the moon landing really was staged.. 😕

H1 we'll go to his grave claiming Cap is only peak human. Even though he gets bombarded constantly with countless of Cap feats thrown in his face throughout the years that prove otherwise.
Like a feats bukkake he takes over and over without flinching.
Also, thanks to this clip (at 0:48), we know the Black Panther is canonically superhuman in the MCU (including speed). So, anyone who is depicted as a direct peer to them (like in the gif I posted where Cap and T'Challa leave the sprinting Wakandan soldiers in their dust) would logically also be.
Writer's intent is clear. It's just common sense. 🙂

We are arguing speed, not strength.
You are deflecting.

Anyone who claims the character of MCU Captain America isn't intended to be portrayed with a degree of enhanced speed is a borderline retard.
We go by visual speed, otherwise Baleman is superhumanly fast.
Cap nor WS never fought with superhuman speed. Also, regular humans were able to respond to their attacks.

Burden of proof falls on you to validate your claim.
And, you have no proof. Got it. 👆
Characters aren't given SPECIFIC ATTRIBUTES without proof.
No proof = no special ability.
You have to prove that Cap has superhuman level fighting speed.
Otherwise he does not.

Bears have the ability to bite and claw. Everyone knows that. Only a troll asks for proof that Bears can bite and claw through flesh.
What you're doing is called strawmaning. Nobody has asked for proof that bears have the ability to bite or claw. We are asking for proof that they can do it to someone of Captain America's skill and stats.
Now are you going to actually provide proof for your side of the argument or you just going to keep trolling?

Caps stats are of human level fighting speed. No amount of skill will prevent all of these bears from biting/clawing the shit out of Cap.

You could still provide feats. Lots of animals have claws and can bite, but it's not like they all hit and bite with the same force. My cat has the ability to bite and claw too.
When it comes to speed you could point out the fastest bears move around 40 mph and Usain Bolt's top speed is 27 mph, so bears can move quicker than humans.
Doesn't mean they beat Cap(they can't) but you could provide feats. They have a bite strength of around 1,200 psi and when it comes to pure strength can lift a little over 1,000 lbs.
If you do research, a helicopter can weigh anywhere from 1,000 lbs to 10,000 lbs. So note that Cap's helicopter feat had the copter actively resisting, so it's not even the same as just moving a helicopter that isn't turned on trying to fly away.

Running speed is irrelevant. We are talking about fighting speed. Cap moves as fast as a human when fighting. You need to move far faster than a human to prevent all 5 bears from biting or clawing you. I'm not saying Cap doesn't have the strength to take down a bear, he does. But he is outnumbered and will get bitten or clawed.
Bite force is irrelevant. Bears teeth and claws can bypass Caps flesh with ease. Once they do then Cap will bleed out.
That particular helicopter has a max payload of a few tons. Cap wasn't pulling against the weight, he was pulling against the residual force that the helicopter was pulling with. Like I said, that particular helicopter can only pull a few tons.

You missed my point...which was that you can list stuff for bears.

A bear doesn't the strength to do it.
