You are forgetting that Monica has 0.53 Hercs of mystical power, not because she's born magical, but because she had been splashed by the water.
So WHY is Pandora's Box's 133.45 Hercs different from Monica's 0.53Hercs? Why is it a durability feat for Hulk to have it inside his lungs, but it's not a durability feat for her to have it on her skin? Simple question.
The power in Pandora's box was unleashed. That "pure Hope" thingy that was trapped inside was actively wrecking things. Was stated to be even "angrier" than Hulk. Hulk literally overpowered the thing. But Hercs measure the energy GIVEN OFF mystical objects. As shown repeatedly in my repeated scan postings. They measure the magical radiation that's released by beings.

It was ALWAYS about the magical aspect, though. My scan is from the preceding page, BEFORE she defines what a Herc is. She literally spells out that Hercs measure magical radiation. I.e. the AMOUNT OF ENERGY THAT IS BEING GIVEN OFF.
It has been there from the very start. Not potential. Its radiating. Its literally being given out, lmao.
Don't care about BiBeast etc. That's a different issue. My point is that a Herc doesn't measure force. Again, it's like you radiating heat energy. I don't take the amount of heat energy you radiate, then say wow, my phone is radiating 1celeys, this means my hand is tanking one full punch from you!
