Don't worry. The WHO and CDC played up the virus and made it seem far more deadly than it really was (it's around as deadly as the flu). Social distancing is only necessary for the vulnerable and the elderly. You're fine. The lockdowns and social distancing should never have been a thing.
No one has to get angry with righteousness about the social distancing thing.
We don't shut down the world for the 2 million children who die each year from the cold and complications related to it. No vaccine for it. Check the COVID-19 death count: not even close to our ugly rhinovirus friend.
To put it into perspective, you have the same chance to die in a car crash driving to and from work each day as you do of dying from SARS-CoV-2. But we don't shut down the roads.
Thank goodness for science: we can only know these things but studying stuff.

My father has gotten colds. I don't really want to think about risking Covid-19.

Yes, the cold kills a 1-3 magnitudes more children than the coronavirus.
Another fact that epidemiologists consider with illnesses are "years lost" and the common cold robs humanity of far far more years than the Flu or this coronavirus because it kills so many damn kids each year. It's not that we devalue our elderly but the number of years they have left in the tank is much more limited than a child's.
It's part of why the Spanish Flu is considered so devastating: killed an absurd amount of young people and many adults in their prime.

So get a UVC light on the end of a colonoscopy probe. Stick it down into the lungs. Put the patient in a sauna, boil up some bleach, get them to inhale deeply while burning away the virus with the UVC lamp.

This device should be studied for the treatment of other infectious diseases for which there are few treatment options.
And there are currently 2 FDA approved therapies for this.

The care homes issue over here is very big. The daily death figures only include people who have died in hospital. Every week they publish the additional deaths including in care homes and the numbers take a considerable jump. Estimates are coming in that it will double the number of recorded deaths once fully accounted for.
I think soon you'll also start seeing cases where people who live alone have died in their homes while on lockdown and their bodies won't be discovered until neighbours complain about the smell or friends and family can't reach them.

32%, or about 1/3 of the people had antibodies for SARS-CoV-2. Since most teens and younger will not even show antibodies, the figure is likely much higher. I think we have hotspots like this all over the US such as every major city.

I was watching an interesting interview today with a professor who suggested that ending lockdowns should be done with emphasis on geographical rather than chronological. That some parts of the countries will be much further along in their exposure than others. Not sure how that'll go down politically though. Can you imagine the outcry in some quarters if New York gets to open up faster than anyone else.
