Something being not "soley his" doesn't detract from the claim that it was partly his, and as he's the leader who undersaw the command and didn't obstruc, it will be remembered as his travel ban, and rightly so. Having not "completely" sealed the entry ports isn't that much of a slight on his part, if it did indeed mean that the Virus hit other countries faster than America " I.E : Italy and spain. This might mean that, because of nature of Viruses (they tend to mutate to become less deadly from person to person) american lives were spared a less deadly strain.

Rather the spread must be both slow enough that it doesn't overwhelm Health Care systems and fast enough to not burden the economy with shut downs. So far, no Americans are dying in their homes from any available evidence. New Yorks hospitals weren't overwhelmed, despite the Propaganda and false reporting. Boots on the ground reporting from Project Veritas confirmed that. New York also anticipated far more deaths and a later "peak" in 21 days, however, their cases started dipping yesterday. New York was the first major trial of the US vs CoronaVirus, it seems we might have won. As far as I'm concerned I can't see how anyone rational could blame a single death from Covid on Trumps hands. Although, you are the guy who believed that he was a Russain plant, so I suppose any olive branch seems a viable one to you.
