😕 A hand wave? Again did you not read my reply to Cage. He mentioned Shiva owning Batman and my reply wasn't a hand wave. It was Elektra owning Wolverine. He also mentioned Shiva owning the Secret 6. My reply was Elektra defeating the Serpent Society and the Assassin's guild. I also stated the context involving Shiva and the batfamily and strix.
I'm pretty sure you missed where I called Shiva an elite fighter as well.

Elektra two-shotted Taskmaster in the rematch, after losing previously from the emotional impact of Taskmaster mimicking Daredevil’s moves. This was right after taking down Fatale and Zaran very quickly. Bonus she resists Shatterhead’s TP attack as well.

And even though Taskmaster was able to copy her moves, he couldn’t keep up with her speed.
Lady Shiva was one-shotted by Jason Todd. The excuse has been given before that Shiva trained him.
So here’s Elektra training with Punisher. She was completely owning him despite holding back. Crazy feat she ran off of the sword that he threw.
Some time after their training, Punisher goes to war against the Thunderbolts. Below its Elektra’s turn and despite the fact that she is still holding back, he is clearly no match for her. Even though he cheap-shotted her and attacked her with a knife to her throat, she still tried to help him.
Of course the Punisher is almost always bloodthirsty, but here he is way more pissed than normal. The Hand stole the bodies of his dead family, so the Punisher was clearly going all out against them to recover his family. Unbeknown to him, Elektra was in disguise as a hand ninja and managed to stop him without much violence.
In an older encounter Elektra sliced and diced a man to pieces, while the Punisher grabbed him and he didn’t notice it until man’s limbs started falling apart. Also she effortlessly grabbed the Punisher’s gun out of his hand before he could react, after she ripped a man’s heart out barehanded.

Lady Shiva was defeated by Robin Tim Drake wielding a bo staff in a sparring match.
Elektra trained bone-claw Wolverine into resisting an animal like mindset. She disarmed him, flips him around a bunch, and owns him for most of it. She finally fulfilled her purpose in getting him to think like a warrior which resulted in a stalemate.
Even with the higher end stuff like Shiva flipping Supergirl over.
Elektra has paralyzed the Red She Hulk with a pressure point sai strike.
Lady Shiva was very impressive, beating Shadow Dragon in about 9 pages.
Elektra has beaten 3 hulkbusters in one page with just her hands and feet.
Takes down a gamma powered Crimson Dynamo with her sais in one move.
Shiva has beaten, loss to, and stalemated Batman. Elektra has beaten, loss to, and stalemated DD.
Guess I’ll end with these for now, save some of the Elektra Assassin and Elektra Cape Crow arc for later. In those she used her ninja mental tricks a lot more consistently and in mid fight.
Elektra totally destroyed Hawkeye Lord Barton in h2h, despite first taking an arrow into her shoulder.

Elektra has the h2h advantage of Ironfist until he uses a chi blast to defeat her. Even then he is barely able to stand, and this is without her using any ninja mystic stuff.
I’ll really end with these, Elektra stopped a bullet with just her hand. And throws her sai hard and fast enough to take a guy’s hand off and straight through his body. Crazy

I'm only using Rebirth feats and beyond, not outdated feats, since there is some continuity changes and many stories seem not in continuity anymore.
Fights off some of the Dark Knights
Had Batman down, so Cassandra had to step in. Cassandra did do a number on her at the end, but STILL couldn't finish the job. It was Ra's who put Shiva down from a sucker attack.
Before that, Shiva was toying with Cassandra. Probably not realizing her true potential, but Shiva did own Batman, too.

I disagree, Danny had the raw skill advantage.
You're ignoring the very important context that she was using dirty tactics like blind siding, was armed, was trying to KILL him. Yet he managed to disarm her and hold her off while sticking to non lethal techniques.
If Rand wanted to, he could have used her own sai against her. Instead, he threw it away.
Using just Rebirth will only give her a few feats. Still those that have been showed have already been discussed and answered. I'm still going to show some Daredevil and other stuff, but I really don't see anything in those two arcs to make Shiva better than Elektra.
Getting shot dead by Ras Al Ghul certainly was a low showing for her.

meh Don't see it. Elektra certainly wasn't trying to kill him. She stated in the first scan, she didn't even want to fight him. But he tried to follow her so they fought. He probably just didn't want her to get her weapon back. Any way you look at it, that fight was very competitive. Plus when DD questioned her, Elektra was really trying to help the defenders in her own way looking for info or something like that. But yeah she wasn't performing lethal techniques either.
