So any Police reports before the shooting to back up this rash of burglaries?

No?

Thought so.

meanwhile they were not charged with a hate crime, "only" murder

Don't worry, there are certain factual requirements to label crimes "hate crime" and it is nearly impossible to get a conviction from a jury without very solid evidence.

In other words, we won't get a hate crime label out of this unless it's fairly solidly a hate crime. So far, no evidence at all exists to label this a hate crime.

Hate crimes are difficult to prosecute in part because of the evidence needed to result in a conviction. Prosecutors have to prove the underlying crime beyond reasonable doubt and convince jurors that the offender was motivated by bias. Without hate speech accompanying the crime, it’s a difficult hurdle.

Yes, multiple reports to police about a rash of break-ins and attempted burglaries.

I think you missed this post which only covered 1 of the 5 facts I presented:

Since PVS won't answer, I will:

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.

The property, owned by Larry English, had a motion-activated camera system that had picked up unknown people going onto the site, including a young man who started entering at night in late October.

English’s phone received an alert and a text with a video each time the cameras activated. He often called police, sometimes texting videos to officers who went to the neighborhood to check on the property.

After one of those episodes on Dec. 17, English received a text reply a few days later from a Glynn County officer alerting him that McMichael lived nearby and had offered to help.

“Greg is retired Law Enforcement and also a Retired Investigator from the DA’s office,” Officer Robert Rash texted English on Dec. 20, offering McMichael’s phone number. “He said please call him day or night when you get action on your camera.”

And here are screenshots from some of those videos:

That's one point of mine, definitively proven. That already establishes a rash of break-ins, and we don't even need to continue the conversation, from here. But I made lots of points.

Interested in continuing, PVS?

[/B][/QUOTE] Nope, not multiple Police reports before the fact.
“I’m not aware of any accepted policy for referring someone that requires a police response to delegate that response to a former law enforcement officer who happens to live in the neighborhood,” said Dekmar.

From your own report and according to Grundy he didn't send reports to these clowns either.

Try harder please.

I am unsure why this upsets you so much but the facts are the facts and this is not debatable.

There's no need for me to keep quoting my own posts back at you if you refuse to acknowledge the facts of the case. I can't magically make this reports to the police disappear - they still happened.

What else do you want to talk about?

But they are not official reports.

Your own article, which is in conflict to others posted says.

Sorry your own report says nothing was taken, so, no rash of burglaries.

English has told police nothing was ever taken from the property, records show. Graddy said English never enlisted Greg McMichael’s help. English was two hours away, tending to bee hives near his home in Coffee County, the day of the fatal shooting.

“He didn’t even remember receiving the text,” said Graddy, who said it was discovered in recent days as she was gathering information to assist her client. She said English has had serious medical issues in the past several months and hasn’t been to the construction property much this year.

So no burglaries then. As nothing was taken.

Yeah. Seems so.

Multiple break ins, October 2019 (likely different person).

Then two burglaries in Jan: fishing gear and gun. Then a break in, in Feb (the 911 call to police by McMichael). Then another burglary (fishing gear). Then another break-in by Arbery which led to his homicide (day he was killed).

There was a rash of break-ins and burglaries in my neighborhood back in 2016. 3 homes were hit (but we were the only house on our street at the time). My front door was kicked in and they had 30 seconds to steal anything at all before the house alarm went off. They ran straight to the master bedroom closet, looked at the jewelry box (which had nothing in it because we weren't fully moved in at the time) and ran right back out. They ran right passed the iPad Pro which was a $1200 electronic device...probably smart enough to know not to steal Apple iOS devices. After confirming with people in the street over that they were also hit, I bought a home video security system and it is awesome.

My particular situation was definitely a rash but the McMichael's neighborhood was worse.

It seems only one burglary was reported from those articles.

Correct. It seems that nothing was ever taken by Arbery, and English said in his that of all the times viewing him in his surveillance camera (3 or 4 times as he claimed) all he really did was walk through the house.

correct as well

NY post link for example, doesnt mention other burglaries, does explain video as.

S. Lee Merritt, Ben Crump and L. Chris Stewart have said in a statement.

They note that he did not take anything or cause any damage before jogging away.

“We reiterate, Ahmaud Arbery did not take part in ANY felony, had no illegal substances in his system, was not armed yet was shot three times with a shotgun at close range,” they have said in their statement.S. Lee Merritt, Ben Crump and L. Chris Stewart have said in a statement.

I can't believe the misrepresentation of facts going on. Does DDM see all posters here as stupid?

So basically: Bash and Whirly are racist and intent on viewing this in the narrative they want to be true no matter what the facts show.

he assumes them to be too lazy to read the articles...and he's usually correct to assume that

Hilarious hypocrisy aside, so are we now taking English at his word? Which means he was indeed robbed of $2500 worth of fishing equipment.

it is an excellent Alt-Right Gaslighting ploy. Trump would be proud!
