I am unsure why this upsets you so much but the facts are the facts and this is not debatable.

There's no need for me to keep quoting my own posts back at you if you refuse to acknowledge the facts of the case. I can't magically make this reports to the police disappear - they still happened.

What else do you want to talk about?

At this point it's clear they won't accept anything. As we see here at this very moment they will gas light and then twist what is being said, then pat each other on the back over the pretend win.

You got Whirly so triggered he ran to another topic to ask the mods to change his vote to something about the alt right gas lighting. Cuz I guess you're alt right now lol.

Hilarious hypocrisy aside, so are we now taking English at his word? Which means he was indeed robbed of $2500 worth of fishing equipment.

english did not implicate arbery. quite the opposite: he said plainly that arbery never stole anything from him; just walked through his construction site.

the fake "rash of burglaries" was McMichael's excuse.

But English also said he *was* robbed of $2500 worth of fishing equipment. He says he just didn't report it. Do you believe he is lying about being robbed?

And note: yes I am aware he didn't say it was Arbery who robbed him.

👆 which is the fulcrum point I have been arguing.

So was English lying when he said he was robbed?

it is odd when someone has $2500 dollars worth of anything jacked from them, and fail to report it. usually in such cases the victim does suspect someone whom they don't want to send the police after. maybe some neighbors' kids being yahoos or some local junkie who's problems he didn't want to compound. who really knows.

what i do know is that the "victim" of this trespassing on his construction site stated plainly that he witnessed arbery on his property, just walking though, and attempting to steal anything.

So in other words: the things English says that fit your narrative are true, the things he said that don't are lies.

Yup, it really is strange, his video precludes him falsifying anything about the victim, because it clearly shows innocence.

Oh did English hand over all his video evidence?

McMichaels said “We’ve been having a lot of burglaries and break-ins around here lately”, which was clearly a lie.

Even if you accept that english's fishing equipment was stolen, english himself stated plainly that arbery was only trespassing and not stealing or damaging anything. thus there was no B&E, at all, nor reason to suspect B&E. nobody has the right to hunt someone down off-property for mere trespassing, which is not a felony in georgia

for someone who feels that mcmichaels committed a wrongful death, you seem to be trying to fully exonerate him of wrongdoing. odd, that. very odd

I'm asking because it's unclear if what happened is English merely said "I saw nothing on the video but him walking" or is it that he handed over all his surveillance material and it was independently confirmed English was being truthful?

I had $1200 worth of damage done to my home during a burglary and I didn't get an official police report document back after reporting it to the police.

👆

Maybe English also did not want to drive down property values for his second home as well as everyone else in those neighborhoods like I didn't.

Yup, I don't get why DDM and Surt tried to misrepresent news articles. It makes no sense. Clearly no rash of burglaries was happening.

I would hope so in a murder case.

So was it the cops who confirmed he was telling the truth about the video? Who confirmed this? Who has all that video? Do you even know? It sure does sound like you're going off English's claim he saw only walking.

Stupid KMC edit fail.

Factually true and saying it is not true is the actual lie. 👆

Not sure why you want to lie about it.

Multiple break-ins: check.

Multiple burglaries: check.

Indisputable facts.

My point is why take English at his word about what is or is not on the video and yet not take him at his word when he says he was robbed?
