I have no issues with someone describing an intruder who is a thin white male as a thin white male.

and if it was "thin white man" and the cops raided the home of a thin white guy with no criminal record or probable cause, you'd be totally cool with it. fix your mask, it's slipping off.

also, trespassing does not equal home intrusion as it was a construction site.

nice try as always, surt. 👆

Arbery had no criminal record?

But I've already said I don't think the McMichaels should have gone after him even if he was a thief so...

it would seem not, though I'm certainly open to evidence to the contrary

Either way I said they shouldn't have gone after him even if he was an actual thief.

I'm still open to actual evidence of racism though.

so we're back to "defend my strawman assertion that I've attributed to you or I win"

Okay so you've conceded it wasn't racially motivated. Good.

I had already assumed that reasonable doubt existed due to the lack of a hate crime charge, several pages ago. any other deflectons/stunts/tricks in your bag?

Not a trick, I'm glad you agree it wasn't racially motivated.

that's not what I said. saying that reasonable doubt in law equates factual innocence is the same as arguing that OJ was factually innocent of killing his wife.

uh oh, logic and reason, your enemies. deflect, surt! deflect!

So if you don't agree it wasn't racially motivated post proof it was...using logic and reason.

I agree that the prosecution felt they didn't have enough evidence to warrant a hate crime charge. but you go ahead and put words in my mouth while avoiding my point, with much courage and intellectual honesty 👆

In other words you have no proof it was racially motivated, but you still think it was. I gotcha.

You feel this was racist despite nothing pointing to it being racist.

I laughed out loud.

I suspect racial bias by McMichaels

Be honest: if everything else was the same, but Arbery was white and the McMichaels were black would you suspect racism?

Your problem is that anything short of being a hood-wearing Klansman with an official KKK membership certificate does not qualify as racism.

Other than him being black, what do you have to suggest racism was a factor?
