Well the thing is when it comes to minorities dems seem more focused on helping out latinos than they do black people these days. Just how it seems to me at least.
If you're in a relationship and you're taken for granted and you know you are taken for granted and you still stay then...I gotta ask, do you have the right to complain when nothing changes?
So if I live somewhere controlled by democrats for decades and my neighborhood is a shit hole and I just keep on voting democrat then...do I have the right to whine? I mean okay I have the right in the sense I have freedom of speech, but does such a person look silly whining?

That's because the black population has stagnated or is shrinking whereas the Latino population is growing: all as a ratio. So the Latino voting block is the most delicious and succulent group to exploi...I mean serve if you are a major political party.

No, it's at least partially your fault if you did not do something to make your community a better place. Your city, your town, you have the power as a citizen to make a direct difference. It's not that hard to get involved in politics at the community level and get elected to city council.
