In Europe, cops would be beaten by the crowd for even attempting such shit.

Apparently Americans feel too terrorized and can only record stuff with their phones.

In america cops have guns and are heavily militarized.
This isn't a month python sketch.

Our cops have guns, tasers and tonfas, too. Standard equipment.

But they know better than to use them against civilians. Because they are not retarded.

Not to mention that nobody would get arrested for allegedly using a counterfeit bill.

What was it again? $20? facepalm

i just hope they find that pig chauvin guilty

👆

He needs to rot in prison.

His partners in crime, too. Including the "crowd control" officer.

I brought up that exact point when this shit happened about the U.K.

No way people would just stand there and watch that.

But yeah, in America would be f***ing suicide to intervene.

Negligence...?

Yeah, the failure to take proper care in doing something.

I don't think they were like alright, let's kill this guy. That's all.

But they did, and there should be jail time. Full stop.

I get how it's sort of semantics but thats just what I thought of the situation. Dont think that i don't want the people involved punished, a guy was killed and there needs to be consequences, thats obvious.

No. Poland.

Americans make that mistake all the time with me (and other posters, too, not just on KMC, so I'm used to it).

Okay. Then try answering me this, please.

Why apply so much pressure to the neck area for such a long time, when the guy is handcuffed and already being restrained by a few other cops...?

What for? What could be the other reason than trying to kill him?

Torture could be a reason? These American cops have the right to torture when theyre pissed off right ?

I guess.

Perfect defense in the court. "Your Honor, we just wanted to torture the guy. Essential part of our daily schedule, that's all."

It's a standard restraining technique, normally far safer for both parties in the event of a drug induced fit.

They're been using the knee on neck thing for decades without anyone being hurt. The entire point it so no one gets hurt.

facepalm

Hang yourself, cd.

He should be convincted for manslaughter or murder, it's one or the other.

IANAL, but I would guess manslaughter.

Wait, never mind. It's incredibly dangerous and discouraged by most departments now.

I need to start actually doing research before making authoritative statements.

that's a mature and sober response, which is why I tend to not instantly shit in your mouth if you say something completely ignorant 👆😛
