You have to stop being so ready to fight all the time. We share far more political ideologies than we don't. A majority of the time, we will agree on political positions. You should automatically assume we agree, not disagree. That will avoid awkwardly cringey situations like these.

But using the situation as an opportunity to dishonestly portray the situation needs to be called out.

Here are postings of the video from earlier today which show the conveniently edited video missing the portions which shows them in "protester gear" and that they were shot with pepper pellets, not bullets or rubber bullets (hundreds of thousands of upvotes and it was the top two videos on reddit this morning when I look at it around 9 and there were 2 other postings of the video in the top 20 list, meaning, this same video shared 4 of the top 20 slots for multiple hours):

And before you say it, how they are dressed should not matter. But covering up the fact that they were protesters dressed "and ready to go" does explain some of the emotional and illegal reaction from the NG in that situation. Something that the person, who dishonestly edited the video, wanted to cover up to make the situation like far far worse (including making it seem like they were shot with bullets).

Don't tell me you don't see that as dishonest and trying to stoke the flames of this violence. The National Guard are wrong. But being dishonest with how this was represented by cutting off the last few seconds of the video, to whip people up into more of a frenzy, is also dishonest. You were quick to jump on the wagon when I found that video of the dude confronting what looked like undercover police acting as instigators. But not so quick to call-out people dishonestly editing videos like this. Either be honest about the facts, regardless of the "side" or admit you are a hypocrite.

I try to do my best to stick to the facts. When I see dishonesty from any angle, I won't stand for it.

The video was not edited at all to create a dishonest narrative to stoke the flames. I was gaslighting the entire time because I'm a psychopath who wants the government to shoot people on their porch. Me supporting gun rights to fight against an oppressive government like this exact scenario, for years on KMC, was just a long-con gaslight just so I can gaslight this very topic, on this very day.
