Sounds like overtraining, a failed workout, and rhabdomyolysis.

uhuh

Hardly, you don't have to do crazy reps, even moderate with heavy weight works just fine or heavy weights high rest low reps can still sit you down hard on leg days the following day.

Don't be such a negative nelly 😉

Tiger is Indian and kind ofbthevworldwide accompaniment to a Curry which I had delivered about an hour ago.

Never seen it; wonder if it exists over here?

Samuel Smith is my go to high end beer. Literally every one of their selections is excellent, but I especially love their chocolate and oat stout.

I miss Schlitz.

actually looked ot up it's from Singapore and all these years I thought it was Indian.

So who likes beer at room temperature?

That's how the Germans do it. Not really something you want to do with swill, but with a finely brewed beer (Like say, Samuel Smith's nut brown ale) it can be quite pleasant.

Depends on the beer.

in Britain, bitter and ale are warm. Lager is cold. Same in most of Europe tbh.

Absolutely.

The dirty little secret behind cold beer, is it was just a marketing trick to mask how awful most domestic beers tasted. Coldness kills the taste buds.

Nothing like Getting a Good Sweat on and then Getting in the Shower with a Nice Cold Cheap Beer.

I don't drink alcohol myself; best way to stop a bad habit is to not start one.
