I'm happy enough for ppl that hold religion to their hearts but I find many of the beliefs childish. I wouldn't blurt that out at many ppl that I know are religious I just tend to shy away from them when they get into "religion mode."
It can be a beautiful thing but far to often I see it as a vehicle to hide behind or to gather the herd if you will around things that aren't great for us as a society.
I'm pretty close to zero religious in the conventional sense, yes.

I think religion is a necessary evil at this point, it's so intrinsic in so many cultures it would be almost impossible for us to be without it, plus anything that brings some discipline to a person that might otherwise be chaotic/neutral is a good thing. For every person that carries out some atrocity in the name of religion there are millions of others who haven't.
