Uh... I know that in American politics when the topic of borders comes up we're generally discussing immigration, but the existence of national borders has significance beyond immigration policy. Borders are fundamentally necessary for states. There is some debate as to how and how much we should regulate what crosses our borders, but abolishing them isn't even something that's on the table.
You can check this out. It talks about borders from a rothbardian perspective.

Why do we need states? Just abolish them.
abolish states, abolish countries, try out anarchy. It's actually nothing like those awful Purge movies suggest it would be.

I've heard horror stories about healthcare in Canada. Not as in people are getting shitty doctors, but rather when it comes to wait times. People waiting 6-12 months just for an MRI.
So unless the care is substantially superior to the care here I don't think it's worth it.
Plus who wants to go to Canada if it can be avoided?

I've heard the same things from my Canadian associates/friends.
To see your primary care physician, they are faster than the US average. For any specialist work, it's a nightmare. So get your appointment with your PCP done quickly. Figure out what is wrong with you. Then go to a specialist in the US.
Win win?

I do. Canada is great. Beautiful country. Kind people. Great food. People don’t look at you weird when you say hockey is the only sport you like. Nice and cold. I’d honestly love to live there one day.

Whatever. You enjoy your country, and I'll enjoy mine. 😉
