Universal health care is socialist. It's more expensive and less efficient.

This is wrong.

Both points are factually incorrect. It's not even disputed by honest anti-UHC peeps in the Republican party. They know our healthcare costs more per person than any other country in the world. And the lack of a universal healthcare system (information) make our healthcare system the most inefficient, when it comes to care, of any other modern nation in the world. We literally have people dying because of our inefficient our system is. Compared to, say, the UK's UHC system where you can travel anywhere in the UK and doctors can quickly pull up your medical records (thus preventing quite a bit of wasted time, death, and injury).

I posted on this topic a lot with the data. Everyone here as seen my amazing work and citations (I am not kidding: the work is amazing and thorough). So I can't tell if you're just a troll or are seriously this ignorant/misinformed.

The answer is obvious: invade the UK and steal their healthcare system.

'Murica.

What Whirly said.

UHC is probably THE best UHC system but with obvious weaknesses. Often, UHC scores as the best or in the top 3, by various groups. The UK could make it better by reducing costs and stopping the politicians from messing with the good parts of it (defunding it).

Saudi Healthcare is the best I have experienced. It's like France but with better hospitals.

Really?

I've gone on in the past how the USA should model our healthcare on France's system! 😠

Yeah, the hospitals there are amazing and most Doctors are Pakistani, Indian or Egyptian trained in the US, UK or Canado. The nurses are generally Filipino.

Considering France beats the US in almost every single healthcare quality measure while spending almost half as much per person, your recommendation is based on legit facts.

Add in that the pundits state that the US is most similar to France, already, in our healthcare system and that it would be easiest to adopt France's...it seems rather obvious what the US could do to vastly improve our system: adopt France's system ASAP. It would take he least amount of change while benefiting us the most. It's actually the most capitalist thing we could do to help the little guy and businesses. This is how you know the government does not represent the people and is not no-nonsense capitalist. It's a hybrid between oligarchy and special interests groups.

The French system is excellent, for once I agree. The Sauds built on it and improved it.

It's funny you say that. It has waned a lot recently, but it's still so much better that USAand many other countries. It's times like this where I wish we would have greater relations with east Asian countries if they're not all dead from COVID.

Portugal Switzerland Germany and yes, France have good systems too.

****, I could go on. Practically every EU country has awesome healthcare.

Many South East Asian countries handled Covid-19 brilliantly. Hell, even Africa handled it better than us so far.

Edit: i dont visit the gdf as much as the cbvf so I didnt see your work, but would like to.

I dont think an analysis of our current healthcare system under the assumption it's free market would be fair. America is in the low to mid 70s range on the economic freedom index.

I could also cite things if you like or perhaps we could move to pm as to not derail the thread on borders, which is totally my bad.

Anyways link me your work and ill peep 🙂
