Unless Galan has something better, the very best speed feats that come to mind are Jiren and Whis performing interstellar flying feats. In Jiren's case, it's hard to measure with only "An world on the far end of the galaxy" to go on (Clearly well beyond light speed, any way you slice it.)
Reflex wise? The best we have is timing how long it takes a beam go from the earth to the moon, the handful of times it gets blown up. Which is a second or two in the anime, and a panel or two in the manga.
Dark doesn't even believe in the shattergod ft and thats no a norm for Wonder Womsn, so why in the freak is he mentioning it? I don't see people going into a Wonder Woman vs Thanos thread saying she would win due to the shattergod ft. That is the most childish way of debating. Its like me saying, "how can Kalibak hit Wolverine who kept up with speed demon".

Well, his best feat is making people's heads explode from miles away and he took over Vegeta's mind though he stated he allowed it. He has planetary telepathy too.

He was faster than hit in base, and then could amp 1000x more. By super, pretty much everyone from BoG SSG Goku level and above would be casually MFTL++ tbh, there is no exact quantitative measurement however, list of their speed feats are battle related and such basically scale from someone else who scales from someone else etc....

See that is the thing.
I know MMHis laughed at, but....he has feats beyond that.
So whilst Babadi may not be able to mindrape the Z fighters, MMH still has better feats than him.

Like NES said: Babadi had global TP and could possess demonic entities, but that's about all we saw. Boo saga Vegeta was able to fight past it.
High-end telepaths don't appear much in DB, so a good comic book telepath could likely do some serious damage(assuming they got the chance to use their TP, of course.)
