Joker has no TP though. IT shows that having TP isn't the only requirement to avoid TP. If a mind is too strong they can resist TP, Z fighters have decent TP. They're not getting one-shotted by a psi user minus a few very powerful exceptions.

As for the head bursting scene - that's a bit silly. I have NEVER seen Goku lift a 100-ton dildo - therefore, he cannot. Great logic, yes?

The Warlogog didn't amp joker it's a map of reality that if it's altered reality itself is altered. Unless joker amps his mind, you cannot argue that he mind raped an amped joker. Second, he did not do it casually, he had a hard time in jokers' mind. It's not done casually. Also, I don't care about the galaxy scene, my intention wasn't to say babidi is greater than MM. I just wanted to illustrate the point that they have decent TP in DBZ.

Edit: Also, babidi wasn't scanning the planet he was communicating with everyone on earth telepathically.

Sure, they have decent TP.

But the original point that was being made was that MMH could mindrape. Doesn't matter if Babidi did or didn't do anything, because MMH is better than him.

The fact is Babidi has never done anything like this to a good hearted character. Piccolo cut him in two, so that would have been a good time to try it.

He HAS done it to Spopovich, which is what I'm basing my assessment on him doing the same to the announcer.

The Worlogog can also make an individual near omnipotent as well. So why can’t the Worlogog shield someone’s mind?

Z fighters have TP. It's pretty obvious that they are just resistant. It has nothing to do with evil-hearted characters, that's just something you made up.

Let's not talk about J'onn like he is this Uber telepath who just wins using his telepathy against everyone.

And keeping a mental link with every human on planet is a hell of a feat. I'm not sure if anyone below Xavier could do it.
