Goku's powers are basically manipulating the naturally occurring energy existing from his body. You can drain his energy but he can't be depowered into a regular human.
Edit: Seems like the mirror dimension cut him off from the speed force. So, that makes sense, but Goku's power isn't from an external source.

It was mildly more entertaining, but super has always been uninspired drivel. The first arc and the broly movie were it's peak imo.

Moro's a good villian. Kind of a mismash of all previous villians really, with traits borrowed from each of them.
It has a LOT of padding though. Went on way too long, with too little happening to justify it.
As a feature two hour movie with most of the padding cut out, this could be a really enjoyable story.
