139 PL was enough to nuke the moon and Gyū-Maō was always on his knees, sucking Roshi's dick. He couldn't even learn the kamehameha technique.

Fans estimate he was somewhere between 50-100 PL, but that's guesswork.

Unless it’s been changed in Super, it showed that Goku can’t use IT if he’s not concentrating.

That’s why when Goku was running away from Kid Buu’s planet buster, he couldn’t IT. It took Kabito-Kai coming in and saving them.

I think Archie Sonic does have speed feats on par, or arguably superior to Flash

Newest example I can think off is in Red Hood and the outlaws. The Outlaws used a ship to teleport either from Jupiter to Earth in a small island. The ship they used was also camouflaged. The second the they reached Earth, Superman was right there waiting for them.

Superman didn’t even looked winded.

There's no such thing as keeping up with teleportation, that's not even what amped Wally did in The Human Race. And Superman flying from Jupiter back to Earth shortly before they teleported just shows his ability to quickly fly across a Solar System. He didn't do it instantly, obviously.
