Dragon Ball's power scaling is just dumb. Goku's been Universal for ages. Skyfathers are usually around Galaxy to Multi-Galaxy. It's not looking pretty for Skyfathers...

Although, quite a few characters are very haxy, so they could win with that. That is of course unless you believe power negates hax in DB, but I don't so meh.

What level would would you need to be in comics to strike at this type of level?

Is Dyspo the first character be explicitly FTL? At what point did DBZ/DBS 100% reached faster than light movement without any fan calcs

He's the first explicitly I guess. Others need context, even if they aren't fan-calcs.
For example, Goku deflected Frieza's Death Beams, which were stated beams of light.

Not really. That's just a text edit. The real scan says nothing about light speed.
