Beerus's foreshadowing would mean more if he showed something comparable to UI in the GoD fight.

He did say surpass. What could surpass UI from the top tier Angels?

good question; especially since Angels even have UI on passively. Probably why they suggested mastering UI would effectively be another beginning. Beerus/Vegeta is what I'm genuinely curious about as well; what techniques would make him comparable to UI
