Because it's not. Power levels doesn't fluctuate from writer to writer. We've seen moons casually blown up, planets shed with ease. We have a set indication on how power each of these characters are. Wonder Woman taking on Phantom stranger is a ft so ridiculous that it shouldn't even be mentioned, just like Bizzaro taking on Trigon or Surfer taking on 2 Galactus level beings, Hulk walking through reality destroyimg attacks, Thor withstanding attacks from a pissed Celestial. Moon busting is a norm for DB characters, Heralds taking on Abstracts is outright ridiculous and dumb to mention.

Superman is going to keep racking up feats. Where do you rank the one that casually just knocked out Barbatos?
He wasn’t amped, comic stated that he was spent at that time.

This is like when he jumped off the planet and destroyed it in a weakened state. That was due to his need to get out and save his multiverse. The Barbatos ko was no where near as important for him and he just casually knocked him out. Seems like he can call on that level power at will and doesn’t need to be in any special circumstances.
