How fast was this? Burta basically moved through time being slowed to a snail, even by people who have super speed. He was able to cross some distance, grab the dragonball and fly back before the Z fighter's turned around to see Vegeta throw the ball. He did all of this, fly, grab and return back while time was at a near halt...
