But my opinion is that Zen-Oh only erased the particular universe that Zamasu was actively infecting/threatening at the time(ie. the future U7 that Trunks is from.) This is corroborated in the manga:

That's pretty clear cut. I've seen most people say the entire timeline, but a Universe being mentioned solidifies that.

Hell, you could argue that the ability to one-shot 1st form/Namek-era Freeza(ie. the guy who could casually finger-flick planets) would already require trans-ish levels of power... Never mind the ability to one-shot 4th form Freeza(who is 226x 1st form Freeza)... Never mind the ability to one shot the Androids... Never mind the ability to one-shot Imperfect Cell... Never mind the ability to one-shot Semi-Perfect Cell... Never mind the ability to one-shot the Cell Juniors.

I didnt think about it like that. 🤔 To one punch kill Merged Buu (the one that was merged with Gohan, etc), would you put that in the skyfather level of power? I'm sure Vegeto was capable of doing this if he didn't play around the entire fight. I'm talking about physically punching this version of Buu to death in a single hit.
