The economy should start recovering next year, takes about 2 years to start undoing the disasters of the previous four years. Think of 2010.
Though Trump did reverse most (if not all) of the bulwarks put in place after the 2008 crash to ward off another banking crash. So a complete crash could be looming and the usual suspects will rake in the money like in 2008.
