The character himself doesn't have speed feats much like Dr. Manhattan, Anti-Monitor, etc. don't have speed feats. So based on this, are you going to make the statue proclamation?

I don't care much for Manhattan, I am just curious as to why people think that Knull WILL hit Superman (see Carver's post).

This is a forum fight. In a comic, anything can happen. Captain America can draw blood from a Namor who, just a few weeks prior, no-sold Cap Marvel/IronMan/Thor and tanked She-Hulk. Forum fights ignore those, with the PIS and Full Capacity rule.
The Flash/Relevant Character X will use, at a bare minimum, the least amount of speed/Relevant Power, that he is capable of using under average/normal circumstances, required to not lose the fight, or get so badly injured that it will most-likely cost him the fight. Every superhero or supervillain has a minimum amount of effort and competence that they will utilise going in to a fight. For villains that's usually a higher starting point because they like to not hold back, sure, but the heroes aren't going to be stupid either. They are not going to self-sabotage, and they will not let pride, ego or forgetting they have a way to win the fight to get in the way.
That is the forum ruling on superspeed. This is a forum fight, not a comic fight.
Either Knull is fast enough to tag Superman/avoid getting tagged by him, or he is not.
If he is, then we prove it with showings.
If he is not, then he is not.
Then if he has no speed showings, then he may have other abilities that negate it. If he is just a physical-type character, and his physical powerlevels are not up to Superman's, then....he loses.

Disagree. Whilst he has possession and his darkness control, he uses it to fight in a physical manner (creating swords, dragons etc).
Physical attacks such as punches and energy attacks still affect him. I admit that my definition of 'physical' may jar with some, but I meant energy attacks are physical in the sense that they affect their target physically.
He doesn't go intangible, or matter manips, or uses telepathy, or telekinesis etc. When he travels, he doesn't use portals or teleports etc - he creates a giant dragon for him to physically ride on/ride in. No time powers, no DNA manip, no soul powers, nothing weird like that. Perhaps the word I am looking for is....exotic? But most of these powers are so common, exotic sounds wrong.
He's not Manhattan, or the Living Tribunal, or Eternity, or anyone like that who has no speed feats, yet I am not going to say Batman punches them out (or does he.....?)
But yeah. Am surprised you used that Necrosword showing.
