You'd be right if 99.5% of the time he was unable to get tagged by slower bricks while bloodlusted, that's not what the comic portrays, Knull has two options here. rip in half like he did Sentry, or possess Superman with his symbiotes and raw power he edges.

Gorr amps off god-blood, and in that particular scene had to amp off the killing of every single one of his enslaved gods prior to blitzing a flying Thor.

I mean...I guess if Knull had access to his Necrosword, and a whole bunch of gods to amp off, maybe he could do the same? But we don't just share feats, especially as the Necrosword was specially made in Celestial fire/forge (so not just Knull's body alone).
Hence why I was so surprised Hulkster used an amped Gorr's feats using a weapon that was forged with Celestial equipment for Knull.

Well he currently yields the sword, so I see it as sort of standard.
