Did he have time to recharge to the same level of power he had BEFORE he fought Perpetua? NO. The ONLY thing we can say is that he was able to restore his power levels to the way they were BEFORE the Earth was destabilized.

- Void(Sentry) - the body dies and the shockwave kills the main sentry
- God Swamp Thing - dies
- Hyperion (Earth-13034) - dies
-Infinity Gauntlet Thanos - hes just gonna stand there right? dies either way
-- Rune King Thor - die
- Parallax Hal - die
- Wonder Woman (Hecate) - die
- God Doom - dies, returns back and die again
- Soul Fire Darkseid - turns him into a baby
- Spidey Beyonder - turns back to spiderman
-Molecule Man - dies and a chain reaction throughout the marvel univese's molecule man dies
- Pre Retcon Beyonder - turns to retcon beyonder then dies
