Influenza (flu) and COVID-19 are literally different viruses. So no, it's not a "flu variant", just stop, okay.

They are both contagious respiratory illnesses, meaning they affect your lungs and breathing, and can be spread to others. Its is a flu like virus. Stop making out its something more deadly when it isn't

I don't believe the covid rate is higher. Unless you can dig your way through manipulated figures to find the real Covid deaths? Good luck because you won't find many.
I have already proven that the figures here in the UK are deliberately misleading and are not accurate at all. Dying with covid does not count as a covid death. Nor does dying within 28 days of a positive test. So please don't throw any numbers at me I'm getting bored of it

Ridiculous. I am not saying **** em. I am saying that elderly people dying from a flu like virus does not justify what is happening now with all the restrictions.
You think it is a good idea that we should crucify society because very old people are dying from a flu like illness? When flu was killing thousands of elderly people a few years ago, no one batted an eyelid. I have already posted the figures on that.
Elderly people die from a myriad of illnesses as they get older. This is life.
