Flu builds up mucus in the throat and nose, with side effects of aches and lethargy. COVID literally attacks the lungs and kidneys. I'm talking from direct observation here.

Im not saying he has the flu bro. Any respiratory disease is bad for the elderly and people with underlying health conditions. There are lots and lots of diseases that can cause issues with the lungs.

Funnily enough 3 years ago i had an issue for about 2 months i was coughing constantly. Any physical activity made me seriously out of breath. I went to the doctors but they could not find anything wrong. Thankfully it cleared up in the end. God knows what it was
