You keep talking about blocking bullets and what not. What does that have to do with being able to move at X mph? Clock starts when WW moves. That's how we calculate speed of motion.

Thus anything you show, would be inadmissible, as it is clear WW without speed is still capable of using her skill to intercept things as fast as bullets - meaning that any proof you bring can't be used as pure speed feats, unless you can prove what proportion of the feat is speed and what proportion is skill.
As it stands, 0% speed and 100% skill, WW is still able to block things as fast as bullets.

WW can use her skill to compensate by predicting where to block/dodge or hit, basically starts moving beforehand. Not she's faster. That's why I gave the RAINBOW SIX SIEGE analogy where I correctly predict where my enemy is, am spreading aimed down sights, and swing in and shoot him before he can even aim.
It doesn't mean I'm faster than him, I outplayed him. He could have faster reflexes, doesn't matter when I'm already swinging in and have my target reticle positioned to be on him when I turn. Because it's not an even playing field there, hence WW using skill to compensate.
But you keep bringing up Zoom as a feat contradicting yourself. You argue you're not, but you are. WW "out reacting PG means she's faster" but WW beating Zoom while blind doesn't mean she's faster by your own standards? So WW has no superspeed? The gods didnt bless her with superspeed? She's not faster than anyone, including Lois Lane? She isn't faster than Hermes (a DC speedster). She isn't listed as the 7th fastest running character in DC?

Second, you are only referring to those stupid bullet blocking scans. I'm referring to other feats where we can literally calculate her speed of motion in Mph.
Using skill on top of speed doesn't make you slower. Give me one feat by PG that is faster than anything WW ever done.
WW doesn't predict everytime, she reacts AFTER it was employed.
She sees motion and responds according. She can perceive things moving at light speed. Can PG do the same? Prove it?
Prove that PG is faster. You can take away anything you i one from WW. At the end of the day that doesn't prove PG is faster. She needs feats.
