Second, you are only referring to those stupid bullet blocking scans. I'm referring to other feats where we can literally calculate her speed of motion in Mph.

Using skill on top of speed doesn't make you slower. Give me one feat by PG that is faster than anything WW ever done.

WW doesn't predict everytime, she reacts AFTER it was employed.
She sees motion and responds according. She can perceive things moving at light speed. Can PG do the same? Prove it?

Prove that PG is faster. You can take away anything you i one from WW. At the end of the day that doesn't prove PG is faster. She needs feats.

Not quite true. It's more that it's impossible to separate pure speed from a mix of skill and speed, so it's impossible to quantify how much of a feat is due to skill and how much is due to speed (which is this thread).

It does mean that Batman is stronger than LT. LT is abstract and has no material body to even lift anything. So Batman is physically stronger.

Then use feats where skill doesn't play a role or feats where actual velocity can be calculated.

WW has both.

Then show them.

No you weren't. You were arguing that skill alone wouldn't allow someone to move at those speeds and therefore the feat was PIS.

In real life, no level of skill would allow a human to move that fast. However, in fiction, we have to accept it if there's enough consistent evidence, rather than a single isolated feat.

Also, I provided two stipulations, not just one.
