the marvel multiverse is trans-infinite, by definition greater than infinity, marvel dimensions are trans-infinite as well

Yes but Galan made a valid point. We can't just disregard the claim because we have nothing to counter it. His sole purpose seemed to be to state just how powerful Manhattan was...don't get me wrong, I'm more feat oriented than statement oriented but I can see the point
