No, it's not. Allowing someone to choose on their own effects no one else. If abortion were to be outlawed, it would be forcing the beliefs of those who are pro-choice on everyone. To allow it to be legal simply means that a woman can decide on their own. If you don't want an abortion, that's fine, but the choice should be open for those to consider if they want.
