Oh I see what you mean now.

So if we kill it before its human. It's ok.

So if my mom decided to kill my cell, and not have me. It's all right.
No harm done.

It's all making sense now.

Yes, that is actually exactly right.

Because this whole debate is built around "killing a baby/human".

It's neither, it's aborting. Abortion. ABORT-ion.

End.

I feel so much better about it now.

No, it's not. Allowing someone to choose on their own effects no one else. If abortion were to be outlawed, it would be forcing the beliefs of those who are pro-choice on everyone. To allow it to be legal simply means that a woman can decide on their own. If you don't want an abortion, that's fine, but the choice should be open for those to consider if they want.

But perhaps that, in another culture, people do force their beliefs down others' throats, per se. To them, it isn't wrong. To those being conquered (once again, per se) it is wrong.

Perspective.

Good.

I couldn't give a crap what you think about abortion. Guess what?

Neither does a woman who wants to have one.

You don't like abortion? Don't have one. You think they're wrong, fine.

Your inability to see why they are neccessary doesn't mean they aren't.

This is a place to debate your options. I know their are other views, but I'm sharing what i think. There is nothing wrong with it.

I know you don't, and I know other don't either.

Although I can still state them if I chose. If you don't like it. Then don't read it.

You're wrong though.

Well, partially.

A) Abortion isn't killing. Fact. Done. Dusted.

B) You believe abortion is wrong. Fine.

I fail to see why you believe that your opinion should be upheld against every pregnant female.

Their sexual experiences, outcomes and life are no business of yours.

It's really.....REALLY not that hard.

You would call an abortion necessary? Things that are necessary: food, water, shelter, oxygen. Clothing is optional. Everything else is a luxury.

Yeah.

Now if you remove the literal baton from your rectum, we can move on.

Abortions aren't a luxury, because they're available to everyone. As they should be.

The fact that you don't like that due to beliefs, doesn't mean that they should be banned or that they are wrong/immoral/unneccesary.

Why? Because that's what yours are. Beliefs. You chose to believe them. A woman didn't. So let her do what she wants.

It's nothing to do with you.

As I said above they are my options, and I can believe what I want.
Reason I get into these discussions not just because I believe this way, but because I care. Even about people I never meet.

If you have a problem like I said before stop reading my post.

But it does have something to do with me.

I said it earlier: should I allow this killing--what I would call murder--to continue unchecked, I would not be able to live with that choice.

Abortions are not a necessity. They are a convenience. No matter how one puts it, there's a reason that the side of the issue you take is called 'pro-choice'.

Yes. Yes as I just said, fine. You believe what you want.

You are entitled to your opinions, we've established that. Good? Great.

You care about people you've never met, that's nice. But they might not give a shit about you.

Why does the fact that you've chosen to care about things that are none of your business, grant you the right to make decisions for others or enforce your opinions on others?

Answer? It doesn't, and you can't.

There.

Quick recap: You can totally believe what you want. What you need to realise is that what a woman does with her body is absolutely nothing to do with you. Deal with this. You care? Let her take care of herself. It's got NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.

Clear on this?

No, no it has nothing to do with you.

As I said above, just because you choose to take this worldly care of others upon yourself due to your beliefs, does not give you the right to enforce that on others.

Because if you tried that with my girlfriend, I'd feed your teeth to you.

Care for her? She doesn't care for you. Neither do any of the unfortunate females who want to have abortions.

It's not hard.

Get it. Please.

It's actually nothing to do with you what another human being, fully grown and living, already here, does with her body.

Somebody in this world has to care.

I don't enforce it on others. I tell then what i think, and why. Thats all i can do.

Your wrong there is something i can do about it. Talk whoever it is, and tell them there are other choices. If it does not work, then it does not work, but i would feel better trying.

I can enforce my decisions and beliefs on others because I have the right to vote on such issues.

It does have something to do with me. If I were to vote pro-choice, I would be involved in orchestrating countless unnecessary deaths.

There's a reason humans have consciences.

Con-science. Like, against science. So even if something goes against cold, hard facts, it brings us to action. Let's say Hitler was right and blond-haired, blue-eyed boys > all other kinds. Scientifically proven. Genetic testing and all. Would you stand against him? Or would you let science tell you that it was okay because they were lessers?

It's not killing because.........*Drum roll*........it's not killing.

That's all there is to this matter. It's not actually, factually, up for debate.

Like I said above.

Abortion is ending the process before it's complete.

So it's not killing a human. It's stopping a cells becoming a human.

Hence the term abort, meaning to end before completion.

ABORTion.

Abortion.

It's not a baby. It's not a human. It's not debatable.

ok no need to result to name calling.. vaya is entitled to her view altho its not one i personally subscribe to.. there are reasons behind both sides of the debate, each valid to the one arguing it.. fact of the matter is that there is NO way at this point to determine when life actually begins scientifically.. i know that ONE day science will be able to answer this but we arent there yet... until then each person must make up their mind individually, for those who are prolife i would say this.. were I to have an abortion it would be MY chioce and if you believe in God .. it would be MY ass on the line come judgement day.. so while your concern is appreciated its stil my choice and I am the one facing the consequences.. but its this kind of hostility that leads to the murder of clinic workers and the like and THAT is NOT acceptable

Ok, so let's look at what you just said.

"Your wrong there is something i can do about it. Talk whoever it is, and tell them there are other choices."

Right on. What if she says "Thanks, but I have decided on abortion"?

You are being so ignorant. Most people who go into abortions KNOW of the other choices, they just don't WANT them.

Stop being so self absorbed as to believe that they're all uneducated.

They know more about what they want than you do.

Your opinion is that you care for people you've never met. It's a silly opinion but you're entitled to it. What you need to realise, as I continue to say, is that you haven't got the right to become part of someone's life decisions because of your choice to care.

Why? Because it has...once again, NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.

I know you're no brick wall, but I feel as though I'm speaking to one.
