Essentially, the pro-life argument is "a person's right to life is stronger and more stringent than the mother's right to decide what happens in and to her body, and so outweighs it."
The argument in which one is plugged into the unconcious violinist illustrates the opposite; that one's right to decide what happens in and to her body is stronger and more stringent than another's right to life.
The argument in which one is infected with a round worm further illustrates that it is not morally incumbent of one to accede to a parasitic relationship against her will, regardless of the type of parasite and its relationship to the host organism.
