Irrelevant to the point. In a discussion about something like abortion you can't play the "it's not your business" card when someone claims that something someone is doing is wrong. All murders and deaths that occur technically "aren't my business". That doesn't mean I can't have thoughts and opinions about them and their actions. If it happens in the society I live in, it becomes my business.

Murder on the female, yes. If the baby was killed in the stabbing and the murderer didn't know she was pregnant, would the killing of that baby be murder or would it be manslaughter? He didn't mean to kill the baby.
