Actually with stem cell research we could save many more lives than by...well....slaughtering animals. Who by the way are to be considered higher than a fetus...actually..being alive and independent and conscious and stuff.
Look at it this way....If a fetus dies;it would go to heaven as it would have no sins.If it didn't go to heaven then clearly even god thinks it's not alive.So By not aborting a baby that may be born into a hellish life,your going to condemn it to hell,or if you do kill it and it doesn't go to heaven,it was never really alive.

Jackie, it says that people are BORN into the world with sin.
If they are not yet born, not yet at the age of accountability to either reject God or accept him, than they are in heaven.
THIS is what the bible says:
Life begins at conception- (Ps. 139: 13-16)
(Ezekiel 18:4 NIV) For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son--both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
My guess: They are fully alive and eternal souls at conception.
They are innocent of sin until born, and even then if they have reached the point of choice for or against God (like a young child) then they are still innocent and if killed are in heaven.
