Vietnam has far more adoption applications that actual foster kids available for adoption. Why is this?
Because hollywood movie stars would rather look "humanitarian" by adopting from third world countries than in their own backyard.
Vietnam isn't the only place, China has this problem as well.
If most of the people applying for adoption would do so here in the U.S., you'd see no overflow of kids in foster care.
Your question is stupid.
Why should other people take care of the kid that grown adults had concieved through consentual sex?
It's thier responsibility.
And if not, plenty of people WILL adopt.
Being pro-life doesn't mean that you then have to adopt every child who's in foster care.
2 points for a good attempted dodge, though.

Do you personally vow to adopt these kids? Do you even realize how many children are in foster care at the moment? I doubt you do, so I'll help you out a bit.
http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb/stats_research/afcars/trends.htmAccording to a service provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, approximately 800,000 children are in foster care each year since 2000. Of the aforementioned 800,000, only around 50,000 actually are adopted each year. The majority of foster children are not adopted. Adoption is not the magical solution to unwanted fetuses you like to pretend it is.
Seriously guys, stop making me quote myself. Do you honestly believe that hollywood is going to account for the approximately 750,000 children without parents each year?
His question isn't stupid.
However your logic is questionable at best. You say that the parents are responsible for their own child, yet immediately proceed to tout adoption as a solution. You quite effectively contradicted yourself. Your skill in this craft is astounding. You are a masterful one my friend.
