Being Mexican isn't a problem, being 5'8" isn't a problem as film magic can make him look taller and having a beard isn't really a problem.
But these are superhero flicks, so they should have put him on at least a 6month workout routine to build some muscle mass. Even Downey Jr stayed fit throughout his Ironman career and Stark isn't really known to be super-jacked like Namor usually is.
Though I do suspect Huerta will steal the film if Namor's written well.
