empty hand was implied to be the personification of readers. and he destroyed multiverse 2 in multiversity. so he is by all mean at the top of the cosmic totem pole. and darkseid was fighting and trading blow with him in justice league incarnate 5, after supposedly getting stomped by empty hand in issue 4. i suggest actually reading the source materials of what you are discussing alberto.

EH stomped on him, swatted him away like a bug and literally damaged him and made him bleed, Darkseid couldn't beat him and was worse.
Asmodel was using flesh suits against Superman Blue on mortal plane, unlike against Darkseid and Darkseid defeated him.
And what effects do these flesh suits have on his performance? Pretty sure his suit was destroyed after the MMH fight as well, but still Darkseid was struggling with JL team later on as well.
He was weakened.
He still performed just as well as before, he was literally getting held back by the JL Incarnate, got his hit tanked by Captain Carrot, then restrained by that monster who tanked his omega beams. Just a bad performance in general.
Beyonder was a child unit, these Beyonders were adult units.
And yet this child Beyonder did far better against the heroes than Darkseid ever did.

To what point is Darkseid weakened though? He went from struggling with Asmodel and the Justice Incarnate, to struggling with Jon Kent and the rest of the JL. This is meant to be his true form, the strongest version yet and he wasn't impressive.
His most impressive feat was beating the Quintessence who themselves are jobbers.
