Aside from the Quintessence, you can also use his previous showings(stalemating AM, destroying universes, or like you mentioned in this thread, casually beaing Prime Superman and KC Superman along with other KC heroes etc) to compare.
The point being, the answer would vary astronomically. It essentially becomes if Superman is weakend by red sunlight to the point he can't lift a car, then how powerful can we deduce his normal power levels from this?
