By the time X knows what QS was doing, QS was already long gone, doing something else. Mr X can see step1, and read QS' mind for Steps 2 and 3. But QS is already on Steps 4 and 5.

If a missile is coming at me at light speed and I'm able to hold my hand out in it's location before it hits me or explode, that means my reflexes are just as fast. If a missile is coming at me at the speed of light and I'm laying on the ground. I see it coming, I bounce up before the light speed missile touch me, I have to have comparable reaction speed to counter the attack that is coming my way. There's no way around this. He's reacting to every single missile that is twisting and turning in the air at super luminal speeds.

It's not twisting everywhere, lol. It's turning towards the Hulk. We see them homing onto his every move.
Nothing in those scans states the missiles are slowing down, at all.
Also, I think you need to use another example. You throwing your hands up in enough time to block a laser coming at your eyes makes you just as fast as the attack.
