is sirius really dead?

i was wondering, wen sirius disappeared behind that veil whether he was dead or was it sum sort of magic that luna's mom created b4 she died........

hes dead for now, but who knows, maybe he'll come back. luna did say that it wasnt as if she'd never see her mum again... dont know if that has anything to do with it...

I've read an interview of JK Rowling and she said that Sirius is definitely dead. But maybe Harry will find a way to see him dead... He's a special one, isn't he ?
But I wonder what happened to his body.

I think that there will be some future communication between Harry and Sirius whether if he is alive or dead. I think it will be alot like how Luna can see her mom. I kept thinking that...that his character can't be completely gone..you know how..Harry sees his mom and dad in the nightmares and how he seen them in book 4 when he was fighting voldemort and everythign that was coming out of the wand... I definitely think Sirius is not completely gone. 🤣

Yeah. Sirius is definitely dead, but, like airangel429 said, he's not gone forever.

yeah.. am still hoping he could communicate thru the mirror sumhow.. I mean, dat mirror must mean sumthin, ait?! n Sirius have the other pair.. altho am not sure he'd bring it to death 😛

I hope he's coming back, tho...

yea.......its annoying (if thats the right word) that sirius dies, but i hope he comes back in the next 2 books sumhow.....thx 4 ure replies every1 🙂

Yeah I was kinda hoping something would come about in book 6 with the mirror.....I keep hoping that somehow he just zaps back into the book......like hey.....i escaped...but he can't! =( 🙁

I dont want him to be gone forever. I know he's dead, coz JK sed that she wrote it and hes definately dead, and not coming back. but i suspect that harry will find a way to reach him wherever he is.

I haven't actually read the books. I am neither happy or unhappy he died (gonna read em eventually...after I have read Lord of the Rings for the 100th time 😄) but I AM happy that Gary Oldman is gonna be playing him. The films will be worth watching just for him 🙂 Quality Actor

that's not a probleme that the mirror is broken. Someone has just to do the "reparo" spell.

i reckon it 'was' somthing like that i bet in the seventh bookm sirius will come back and they will all live happily ever after! 🙂

I think that Sirius is definetly dead...But it wasn't a HUGE deal in the book. It made me wonder if something is going to happen. Maybe he'll come back? Maybe he'll figure out a way to talk to Harry? I'm not sure....I just think it wasn't elaborated on because something is going to happen in the future...

I think we will see his character in the future...not sure he will be alive or not..WHICH SUX b/c he died being charged as guilty...NOT FREE...so maybe he will have to come back..and then maybe his spirit will be set free...??? He just HAS to come back somehow....as ghost or whatever...=)
