here's what i found:

Young Professor X in X3?

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with some interesting breaking news. BBC has announced that a bloke by the name of Scott Madej (an unknown actor) has been cast as "The Young Professor X" in X3. I was pretty sure Patrick Stewart is confirmed to return and this doesn't mean he won't be back in the wheelchair, it just means we could be seeing some flashbacks. This doesn't surprise me at all, especially since Juggernaut is confirmed (played by Vinnie Jones) to be in the flick and if we're going to see any of his origin at all, it'd have to be in flash-back and involving Xavier (remember he's Xavier's half-brother).
This young man's name has been circulating around email boxes and message boards for the last few days, usually with speculation that he was playing Gambit. I even got some iffy info sent to me from people with ties to those at Fox 100% sure that he was Matthew Vaughn's first choice to play the Cajun. Looks like there was some confusion from the get go, but I'm intrigued about what kind of comic book movie someone like Matthew Vaughn can pop out. I'm sure that we'll start seeing some big casting announcements soon since the minor rolls seem to be filling up.

Hmmmm I see.

It makes sense if you think about it. If they bring in Juggs, They would have to show some back history amoungst the two and this could be interesting to see how the new director showcases these events.

yeah I'm all for Juggy back story..I hope they don't make Cain a mutant.

x3 will be about Juggy? well maybe thats interessting but i think they should concentrate more on the char. from x2 and go more into detail. in some comics juggy belongs to the x-men but i think normaly he is one of their opponents, am i right?

i love to read comics but they are quit expensive and so i only read Wolverine and the ultimate x-men

what i really hate is that prof X is soo strong and with the help of cerebro he is able to kill everyone.

i'M a big wolverine fan but in the film he is so,... well, friendly 🙂 he is not moody or aggressive like he should be.

Logan needs to be more moody. he cut loose some in X2 but I want to see limbs & blood fly

Cain joined the X-Men about a year ago or so. Iceman gave him crap every issue. He died recently saving his team mates. Now that he's 'dead' or missing he was never given a funeral or anything. Northstar got a statue, Cain deserved something.

I don't think they have actualy came out and said he's dead.
he got sucked into the black hole but that doesn't mean he's nessacerly dead

Wow who would think vaughn would be as weird with his casting choices as singer.Jones as juggs,kelsey grammer as beast and maybe maggie grace as shadowcat(though I think she looks too old).The news from varierty was a shock but they still haven't told us who's comfirmed as back and if gambit will be in x-3,i'm getting impatient.

They said that fox are looking for someone to cast as angel now,should hear who soon.
