I hate Toad, I really hope he's not in the next movie. They have been talking about things forever but they have not made it for certain if Beast, Gambit, Psylocke or the Danger Room is in it for real this time. The producer swore Gambit would be in the second movie and it never happened so they may or may not have these guys.
I think Paola hates this forum because she is always merging other forums into it, am I right Paola or is it something else???
I agree as far as the X series goes X1 X2 X3 ect
but if they make a spin off I belive they should explore more of wolives past , not the watered down wolvie that is in the xmen, and take the spin off in a totaly differnt direction.
I believe you are right on and that those ARE the plans for the Wolvie spin off. I can't imagine anyone else playing Wolverine, this actor has him down GOOD. He has all the grunting, sniffing, attitude, humor and most awsome the whole addrenalin rush that the character has, I have been most impressed by this actor and if he were changed I would be furious and just might give up on the whole thing. Please, God let them do Gambit right!!!!! if he is in it. I looked everything up and it's still not for certain which characters will be in it, but we will know Very soon like they said.
Zak Penn on Writing X-Men 3

Zak Penn talked to Sci Fi Wire about the difficulty of writing "X-Men" movies. He is currently writing X-Men 3:
"It's not just about including everyone... It's really more about how you give everyone more and better screen time... The answer is that you can't, and you have to make really difficult choices. That's actually the most difficult thing about writing an X-Men movie. I think on X-Men 2, I counted 14 main characters, and I haven't even begun to count how many there are now. It's actually very difficult. It might not seem it, but it's a very difficult writing assignment in a lot of ways, because it's so complicated juggling all these different storylines. The movie is still coming together, but I believe that all the major players are back."
Halle Berry on X-Men 3

Halle Berry tells the New York Post's Page Six that she's in talks for X-Men 3 and hopes to get more action:
Berry is also up for a third "X-Men" movie, though she admits that she might change her mind if her character, Storm, doesn't get some better action.
"Storm has been a little shortchanged," Berry says. "If we go back and do one more, which we're all in talks of doing, it will be paramount that Storm rise up and be the true warrior and woman that she is in the comic book, which was why I got involved in the first place."
