Heitor Dhalia To Helm 'April 23'

Lakeshore Entertainment has signed Brazilian director Heitor Dhalia to helm the espionage thriller "April 23."
"April 23" is based on Erje Ayden's book "Sadness at Leaving: An Espionage Romance." Weg is penning the screenplay.
